Fantastic
Have not had any dramas since. It’s great to have a reliable and reasonably priced plumber at my fingertips! Steve was available next day to fit us in for a hot water replacement, his communication was great which made my day easier to plan! I have used other plumbers in the past, however I didn’t feel like my business was appreciated. A friend gave me Steve’s number and I have been using them for 5 years now. He is reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Hotwater Plumbing has been our preferred local plumbing service for a number of years. In the middle of last winter our gas wall heater failed, on the same day as contacting Hotwater Plumbing a replacement gas wall heater was sourced at a good price and installed the very next day. We really appreciated the very short time we were without heating, the new gas heater fitted perfectly and is far more efficient than the old one.
It is great to support a local business and when we need a plumber, Hotwater Plumbing has always been there for us. The other bonus is, when you call Hotwater Plumbing you know it will be one of the “Steve’s” who answers your call.
From the very first impression of clean work vans to well-maintained uniforms and a smile, we feel we can completely trust both Steve’s and Kyle to carry out work in our home respectfully and know they will leave our property exactly as they found it.
When we call Hotwater Plumbing, one of the business partners, either Steve Kille or Steve Kohl answers our call and provides a prompt response to deal with our need and will prioritise their working day to accommodate emergencies immediately. It is reassuring we know exactly who the plumber is coming to our home and when.
